This page explains the main categories of information used to operate Diamond Odds Baseball and provide digital access, support, and optional tabletop updates.
We may receive information you submit when creating or using an account, contacting support, or joining the tabletop interest list, such as your email address, optional first name, and consent preferences.
We may maintain records needed to confirm that a purchase was completed and that an account is entitled to access the paid game. Payment-card information is handled by Stripe; Diamond Odds does not directly receive or store your full card number.
The service may process game-state, saved-season or career information, account/session information, and standard technical or usage information needed to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service.
If you opt in, your email address and related signup information may be used to send occasional physical-game development, launch, and future preorder updates. Joining that list is optional and is not a preorder or reservation.
We may use service providers to operate hosting, authentication, analytics, email, and payment functions. They process information as needed to provide those services under their own applicable terms and privacy practices.
