These terms apply to use of the Diamond Odds Baseball website, digital game, account features, and related services.
Diamond Odds digital access is offered for a one-time price of $7.99 unless a different price is clearly shown before checkout. It is not a recurring subscription. Access is associated with the account used for the purchase and may require signing in.
Diamond Odds is licensed for personal, non-commercial use. You may play the game and use its normal features, but you may not copy, sell, redistribute, reverse engineer, circumvent access controls, or commercially exploit the software, artwork, game system, or other protected materials except where applicable law expressly permits it.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity performed through your account. Please contact support if you believe your account or purchase access has been compromised.
Payments are processed through Stripe. If you experience a duplicate charge, billing error, missing paid access, or another purchase problem, contact support. Refund requests are reviewed case-by-case and remain subject to applicable law and payment-processor requirements.
We may update, repair, improve, or change the game and its features over time. We work to preserve legitimate paid access, but uninterrupted or error-free service cannot be guaranteed. Saved game data may depend on browser, account, platform, or service availability.
Diamond Odds uses an original fictional baseball universe. References to baseball rules, statistics, or general baseball concepts do not imply affiliation with Major League Baseball or any other professional sports organization unless specifically stated.
Images and descriptions of the physical Core Edition are development previews. Joining the tabletop interest list is not a purchase, preorder, reservation, or guarantee that a physical product will be released in a particular form or on a particular date.
